Trinity Glen Rose Aquifer

The Trinity Glen Rose Groundwater Conservation District (TGRGCD or District) was created for the purpose of conserving, preserving, recharging, protecting and preventing waste of groundwater from the Trinity Aquifer in Northern Bexar County.

 

The District was also created in response to the Texas Natural Resources Conservation Commission designating a portion of the Trinity Aquifer within Bexar Country as a Priority Groundwater Management Area (PGMA).

The Trinity Glen Rose Groundwater Conservation District makes it a priority to follow water issues and information in the typically hot and dry State of Texas. We will be working with our customers to create more ways to reach water users throughout the district. Better informed water users make better decisions on how they can efficiently use the water they need each day.
