The following forms are for citizens of the TGR district who need to register their well, drill a new well, or wish to make changes to their existing well. You may submit your application online or print out the materials and mail them in. Please send the forms and any other requested materials to TGR when you have filled them out completely. If you have questions, don't hesitate to contact us.

Please Note: All Wells issued permits December 1st, 2004 and after MUST have a Natural Gamma-Ray Log run on them and submitted to the Trinity Glen Rose Groundwater Conservation District along with the State Well Drillers Report and a completed Application to Register a Well.
